Prime Media Studios has acquired North American distribution rights to “Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups,” Variety reported on August 19, 2026.
The distributor also released an English-language trailer for the action thriller, directed by Geetu Mohandas and starring Yash. The footage is the first extended look at the version filmed in English; the production was shot simultaneously in English and Kannada.
The film is scheduled for a coordinated global release on August 26, 2026. The North American rights deal adds a regional distribution arrangement ahead of that planned debut.
