‘Toy Story 5’ Passes $1 Billion at Global Box Office
Disney and Pixar’s ‘Toy Story 5’ has crossed $1 billion in worldwide ticket sales, becoming the highest-grossing film of 2026 to date, according to Variety.

Disney and Pixar’s “Toy Story 5” has surpassed $1 billion in worldwide box-office receipts and become the highest-grossing film of 2026 to date, Variety reported on July 26.
The entertainment trade publication put the film’s receipts at $448 million in the domestic market and $573 million internationally, for a combined total of about $1.02 billion. Box-office totals can continue to change as theatres report additional sales.
Crossing the threshold makes the animated sequel one of the year’s clearest commercial successes. Its performance also extends the long-running “Toy Story” franchise while giving Disney and Pixar a major global theatrical result.
