Arsenal completed the signing of Greece international Christos Tzolis from Club Brugge on 23 July 2026, with two reports saying the 24-year-old agreed a five-year contract.
Arsenal completed the signing of Greece international Christos Tzolis from Club Brugge on Thursday, 23 July 2026, adding the winger to their squad on a five-year contract.
Two configured sports sources confirmed the transfer. One reported the fee at £34 million. Tzolis, 24, becomes Arsenal’s third permanent arrival of the summer and is expected to add options across the attacking line.
The Greece forward scored 43 goals in 108 appearances for Club Brugge. He also has previous experience in English football, having played 14 Premier League matches for Norwich City during the 2021-22 season before loan spells with Twente and Fortuna Düsseldorf and a move to Brugge in 2024.
Arsenal sporting director Andrea Berta described Tzolis as a versatile attacker who is most natural on the left but can operate across the front line. The club’s new signing said he was proud to join the reigning English champions.
Tzolis follows defender Piero Hincapié, whose loan was converted into a permanent transfer, and goalkeeper Illan Meslier among Arsenal’s summer additions.
