Mauritian rider Kim Le Court won stage six of the Tour de France Femmes on Thursday, August 6, 2026, recovering from a mechanical problem to take the sprint from a reduced breakaway in Tournon-sur-Rhône.
Le Court, riding for AG Insurance-Soudal, changed bikes after trouble on the descent from the penultimate climb and worked her way back to the leading group. She then attacked in the closing kilometres before joining the final sprint, where she finished ahead of Cedrine Kerbaol and Puck Pieterse.
The victory moved Le Court to ninth in the general classification, 3 minutes 26 seconds behind race leader Marlen Reusser. The Swiss Movistar rider kept the yellow jersey with an overall time of 19 hours, 43 minutes and 34 seconds. Demi Vollering remained second at 12 seconds, with Katarzyna Niewiadoma third at 1 minute 17 seconds.
Elisa Longo Borghini rose to fourth overall, 2 minutes 28 seconds behind Reusser. The race heads to Mont Ventoux on Friday for a stage expected to play a major role in the final general-classification contest.
