The victory completed another successful PGA Tour season for Scheffler. Hovland pushed him in the closing round, but Scheffler maintained his advantage to secure the season-ending title.

The Tour Championship decides the FedExCup, the PGA Tour’s season-long competition. Scheffler’s win added another major season honour to his record.
