State Minister Kebede Desisa said the year-end period would be used to reflect on the outgoing year, renew national commitments and build momentum for 2019 in the Ethiopian calendar.
Pagume is the short final month of the Ethiopian calendar. The announced observance is an official public programme tied to the transition into the new Ethiopian year.
