Palantir reported second-quarter revenue of $1.94 billion, up 93% from a year earlier and above the $1.8 billion expected by Wall Street, as demand expanded across its commercial and government businesses.

The data-analytics company said US commercial revenue grew 149% year on year. Revenue from US government contracts rose 90% to $809 million, even as Palantir faces continuing criticism over its role in the Trump administration’s immigration operations.

Palantir projected third-quarter revenue of $2.160 billion to $2.164 billion. It also raised its 2026 full-year revenue forecast to between $8.150 billion and $8.158 billion, from an earlier range of $7.65 billion to $7.66 billion.

Shares rose about 10% after the results. The performance strengthens Palantir’s case that enterprise demand for its artificial-intelligence and analytics systems is moving beyond pilot projects, though analysts continue to question whether the current pace of growth can be sustained.
